BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH CONFIDENCE
We understand that people want to book a safari safe in the knowledge that they are dealing with a reputable travel company. That’s why we’re members of the Southern African Tourism Services Association (SATSA) and the African Travel and Tourism Association (ATTA). Membership means we are legally registered, annually audited, appropriately insured, and bonded – your pre-tour deposits are guaranteed in terms of the SATSA terms & conditions.
And with Safari Online as your travel partner, you can relax about paying online. We’ll bill you in the currency we are invoiced in (usually US dollars or South African rand) and our 3-D secure payment system ensures your credit card transactions are super-safe. You’ll personally authenticate your transaction before payment.
We also stand by the quality of our tours and safaris, guaranteeing that your safari will meet your expectations. If not, we’ll gladly give you a credit toward a future trip! (This does not apply to unreasonable expectations that do not match the information that we have supplied.)
